    • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

  4. Shipping Address Accuracy

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Unused or damaged goods may be eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Store Credit

    • Eligible returns will be processed for store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) minus any shipping charges.

    • Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return and issuance of store credit.
